Hours Of Operation

What are your hours of operation?

We are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year from 11AM-9PM. On the rare occasion that we need to close for maintenance, we will announce the closure on our website.

Areas We Service

Which areas do you service?

We service areas by city. You can click on this MAP to view our delivery zone. Please make sure to correctly spell the name of your city upon checkout or the delivery option will not appear as fulfillment methods are filtered by cities.

What if you don’t deliver to my area but I still want to shop with you guys?

Not to worry! We offer Canada-wide express mail shipping to addresses that are out of our delivery zone. Simply enter your address and our system will detect that you are not within our delivery zone and offer the mail shipping option. There is a mail shipping fee of $20 that is waived if your purchase is $200+.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we only service Canada and cannot ship anything internationally due to legalities.

Do you charge a delivery fee?

There is a delivery fee of $10. This fee is waived for all orders $100 and over.

Do you charge a shipping fee?

There is a shipping fee of $20. This fee is waived for all orders $200 and over.

Orders

How do I place an order?

You MUST create an account with us before you can place an order thru our website. No guest checkouts will be allowed. You also MUST be 19+ to create an account with us. If a courier suspects that you are underage upon delivery, they may ask for ID for proof of age. If you were referred by another member, please enter their referral code or use their referral link to create your account. Both referrer and referee will each receive a free gift. Optionally, to enter our birthday rewards program, enter your date of birth upon signing up.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, there is a minimum order total requirement of $40 after discounts and before delivery/shipping fees.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders can be modified or cancelled before they are dispatched 1 hour prior to the delivery window. Contact support as soon as possible.

Deliveries

When will I receive my order?

We are currently operating on two delivery windows each day. A daytime window from 12-3pm with an order cut-off time of 11am and an evening window from 6-9pm with a cut-off time of 5pm. Please be available and have your phone nearby for delivery notifications from our couriers. Our couriers will strive to provide ample notice of their ETA.

What if you have a promotion going on and I am away but still want to take advantage of the sale?

No problem! All orders placed within the promotional period will have the option to select delivery for up to 7 days later.

Do you deliver to my door?

For the safety as well as potential parking constraints for our couriers, we ask that all members come to meet the couriers at their vehicles by the passenger side windows. For houses, our couriers will try to pull up to the driveway if available. If not, they will find the nearest curbside parking spot. For condos/apartments, couriers will try to park in the driveway in front of the lobby entrance where possible. Our drivers will text their location if needed. Please come down to meet our couriers.

Shipping

When will my order be shipped?

Orders placed with a confirmation of payment before 12pm each day will be processed and dropped off to the post office for the same day. Any orders placed after the cut off time will be dropped off the following business day. We will send you an email with your tracking # to confirm drop off.

How long will it take to arrive?

With express shipping, most orders will arrive in 1-3 business days for urban area. For rural areas, this can take up to 5 days. We cannot guarantee an arrival date as once we pass off the package to the courier company; it is out of our control.

What happens if my package gets lost and I don’t receive it?

If your tracking progress looks like its stuck in one spot or it shows delivered but you never received it, contact the courier company for assistance on locating the package. If the package still can’t be located after doing so, reach out to us to figure out a resolution. Unfortunately, some areas/territories may be more prone to lost packages. If we start to notice a pattern of irregularities, we may opt to seize service of such areas.

Payment

Which forms of payment do you accept?

We are currently accepting COD (cash on delivery) and EMT (email money transfer aka interac e-transfer). For local pickup and mail orders, only emt payments will be accepted. EMT orders will only be processed and dispatched upon receiving confirmation of payment prior to the delivery window cut off time. Please carefully follow our instructions on the checkout page for EMT instructions. It is imperative that the exact payee name we have provided is used and ONLY the order # is included in the order notes or we will reject the emt and request for the appropriate amendments. You will also receive a confirmation email with the EMT instructions.

Do you accept credit cards?

Sorry, We DO NOT currently accept any forms of credit card payments.

Do you accept crypto?

We are also currently NOT accepting any forms of crypto payments though this may change in the future.

Loyalty Rewards Points Program

Do you guys have a loyalty rewards points system?

Yes! Simply make an account and start ordering to begin earning points on every dollar spent with our rewards program. $1 = 10 points. Look out for our double points days that we will announce in our marketing emails and/or sms messages to accelerate your way to freebies! We are using a coupon based rewards system. There will be multiple tiers of rewards. When you have accumulated enough points for a rewards tier, you can redeem your points for a coupon to claim a gift from that tier. Only one coupon from the loyalty/referral/birthday programs can be used on a single order. Stacking coupons from these programs is not permitted.

How do I check my points balance?

You can check your points on your accounts page. It will also be displayed on the cart and checkout page. Your receipt will also display the points balance

How do I redeem my points for coupons?

To redeem your points, you will see qualifying redemption coupon buttons on the cart/checkout page you can click to add your free item.

Do my points expire?

Yes, your points will expire 12 months from the time they were earned. Be sure to use them when you have enough points to redeem for a coupon to avoid losing them!

Referral Rewards Program

Do you guys offer referral rewards?

We appreciate all members that help us grow by referring their friends & family. As a token of our appreciation, every successful referral will reward you with a free gift coupon on your account that you can redeem. Simply give your friend or family member your referral code or link to sign-up with and this coupon will automatically be issued to your account upon their first successful order. You can simply redeem the coupon on your next order. Only one coupon from the loyalty/referral/birthday programs can be used on a single order. Stacking coupons from these programs is not permitted.

Birthday Rewards Program

Do you offer birthday rewards for my special day?

Yes! We would love to be part of celebrating your big day and do offer a free birthday gift that can be redeemed with an order 3 days before and after your birthday. To be eligible, simply enter your date of birth upon signup. A birthday gift coupon will appear on your account during the eligible redemption period and must be redeemed along with a purchase order. If you skipped entering your birthday on signup, you can still do so on your accounts page. You can only enter your date of birth once so be sure to double check that it is correct before you confirm it! No changes can be made afterwards. Only one coupon from the loyalty/referral/birthday programs can be used on a single order. Stacking coupons from these programs is not permitted.
